What is Revival?

If I asked a hundred people what revival is I'd probably get a hundred different answers. Some of you might think of tent meetings and emotional experiences. Some might think of dramatic conversions or miraculous healings. Some might think of a church service where the presence of God feels especially real. Some might think of a season where your faith gets rekindled and you feel close to God again. And here's the thing all of those might be part of revival. But I wonder if we've been thinking about it too narrowly.
