Next Steps is the primary way we help people get connected at W3CU. We believe everyone has value and that God has gifted all people and created them with a desire to make a difference in the lives of others. We want to help people know God, find freedom, discover purpose and make a difference.
Step One (First Sunday of the Month)
Discover who we are, what we believe, what ministries we offer, and where we are going.
Step Two (Second Sunday of the Month)
Learn and explore your spiritual gifts, passions, personality, and experiences to discover how God may have shaped you to make a difference in the lives of others.
Step Three (Third Sunday of the Month)
Learn about what it means to be a leader at W3CU. We believe everyone who serves in any capacity is a leader, and we want to help you cultivate and develop your leadership abilities.
Step Four (Fourth Sunday of the Month)
Connect with ministry representatives and schedule a first-serve opportunity. This step helps new servant-leaders experiment and see what ministries are right for them to make a difference!
All sessions take place in the back of the Children's Ministry building at 9:00 AM on Sunday. Childcare is available for all Next Step sessions. Light snacks and coffee will also be available for those who attend. Registration is not required but it is helpful if you register in advice.
