Worship Pastor/DIrector

Technical Skills
- Proficient in worship planning apps (Planning Center, Music Stand or Onsong),
- DAWs (Abelton, Playback, Prime, MainStage)
- Exceptional knowledge of music theory
- Proficient on a minimum of one lead instrument
- Recruit, equip, develop, and lead an incredible team of volunteers of all ages (Elementary - Senior Adult)
- Focused on providing a wide spectrum of Worship opportunities throughout the year outside of Sunday Services (Good Friday,
- Worship Nights, Christmas Celebrations, Community Events, etc.)
- Willing to stay relevant and in tune with current worship music
- Consistently pushing our congregation towards being comfortable with multiple genres of music
- Self-motivated to research and enhance tech to better services and boost efficiency
- Passionate and engaging worship leader with strong vocal quality and complete ability to teach male and female harmony
- Coordinate to ensure proper Pro-Presenter sets , multimedia video, lighting cues (Lightkey), and live streaming mixing
- Knowledgeable in working with fully digital sound boards (Preferably
- Midas, Behringer, or Allen and Heath)

W3CU is located in Winchester, Ohio near the edge of Appalachia. Agriculture is an important part of our community. The only traffic jam you'll find here is during planting and harvest season. We are conveniently located approximately 40 miles east of Cincinnati in a beautiful region of the state. If you like the outdoors, hiking, hunting, fishing-you'll love Winchester. Though our community is rural, our worship style is modern and our congregation is filled with young families and singles.

Select and learn music that aligns with church vision & culture weekly
Meet with Lead Pastor weekly to prepare for worship
Meet with Worship/Production Team on a regular basis
Ensure that new team members are trained and prepared
Coordinate with other ministries when needed
Keep Planning Center Services up-to-date
Prepare weekly Planning Center Services “orders”
Make a spiritual investment in the team each week
Coordinate Dream Team Servants to fill band and vocalist, and production team slots
Ability to plan keys and adjust music accordingly
Work with creating/downloading and utilizing Multi-tracks
